Over a decade of eye-opening, enriching experience successfully leading and managing individuals from extremely diverse backgrounds and ages, coaching professionals and mentoring inner - city young people, and professional accreditation in Effective Communication; Leadership & Management; Teaching & Learning led to the creation of Inclusive Communication Consultancy. 

This, coupled with the application of lived experienced from a position of perceived marginalisation, and the knowledge that little progress can be made without understanding the importance of utilising empathy is what has made our sessions so accessible to such a varied client base - members of our ICC community.
